Description:  WJED crosses overhead on Caldwell Rd. This area was clear cut in 2016 and the view is much better. This was the only regular run on the line until 2014, when Amtrak returned to the Conn River in late 2014.

Description:  Q281 westbound at Broadway. Fonda has changed a bit since this was taken. The small red building with the glass entry way was closed and torn down replaced by Cumberland Farms. Also the road paralleling the tracks was torn up from Broadway to the other side of the county courthouse. Additionally, there is now a traffic light here at the crossing.
