NR-2 makes an unusual move into Guilford siding. This is usually a passenger only track as it is where Shoreline East trains mostly stop and drop off customers. Today track 2 was out of service for a time between Guilford Interlocking and Shoreline Jct so NR-2 took the siding to clear for some passenger traffic. |

Track work on #2 from Shoreline Jct to Guilford made the Corridor single track so NR-2 is taking the siding and will take track 2 west to Branford once some opposing passenger traffic has passed. On the left are the former water tower and two-stall engine house in Guilford. |
